By purchasing one of the courses, you agree to be bound to the following terms and conditions and policies. These Terms of service apply to all users of the site and Academy services provided.

Please, read these terms carefully before using and accessing our services.

To become a member of this website and to make any purchase, you agree that you must be 18+

By acquiring any of my digital or physical products, you agree that they are meant for your personal use only, and should not be used for other purposes.

Also, by acquiring an adopt, you agree that I can use the character art and design for promotion and portfolio (I will not use it for other purposes than that).

Community guidelines

1 - Be Kind to others and treat everyone else with respect
2 - No hate speech, bullying or harassment
3 - Respect everyone's privacy
4 - Do not share course content (videos, handed exercises files and course materials) outside the course environment

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted by external forces, but we will do our best to resume classes if any problems shall surface.

All live events hosted by the Academy will be recorded and archived. Attendees may be included in these recordings. Bullstorm Academy owns all content and has the right to use, sell, rent and distribute this content perpetually.

All files provided by the academy cannot be shared, copied, recorded or distributed outside the course in any form. This includes your access to Gdrive folders and share discord account to other people. The unauthorized reproduction and distribution of this copyrighted work is illegal.

All sales from the Academy and all services are non-refundable. Whether or not a student continues to attend or participate in the courses, the payment will be held.

All events are for adults, ages 18+.
